I am a hobbyist digital artist aspiring to be a professional freelancer and merch / character designer. I appreciate all the support I've received along the way. Thank you for being interested in my works.
terms of service
You must be 18+ to commission me.Payment before service via Cashapp/Venmo (preferred because of no fees) or Paypal Goods&Service within 24 hours unless a hold is agreed upon. Failure to pay within the agreed time will result in blacklisting.I retain all copyrights to the artwork.
However, I will not use it for profit unless agreed upon.2 free edits are allowed. Every edit thereafter is +$10 per edit. Edits may only be made DURING the sketch phase and can not be made AFTER. (Pose changes + $20)
If I miss a detail from the provided reference you will NOT be charged extra for the edit. (Ex: Forgot cat ears, belt detail etc.)Art style is subject to minor change.You are not allowed to sell any commissioned works for NFT.You are not allowed to use my art in anything AI.NO REFUNDS under any circumstance. That includes "accidental" payments or "unsupervised" payments.Do not claim my work as your own.I have every right to decline a commission.I have a certain queue for finishing commissions in the order I received them.Do not resell my work unless you pay for commercial use. You may not use my work for profit unless you pay for commercial use.You can request commercial use even AFTER a commission has been paid for.When reposting your commissioned work my watermark should be in full view and credit in a description should be visible. Profile icons with no watermark but credit in bio is OK.No rushing please, asking for updates now and then is okay but trust that I have not forgotten about your commission.2+ weeks for turnaround time. I might be busy at the time of being commissioned but I will try my best to finish it ASAP.When finished I will email you a high-quality version of your commission.By commissioning me and sending payment you confirm that there is no physical item to be shipped.By commissioning me you agree that you read T.O.S. and agree to the T.O.S.
